Her journey with tiramisu began as a way to understand the artistry hidden in something seemingly simple. With an artist's eye for presentation and composition, she travels across the world discovering how different cities interpret this classic Italian dessert.

The Philosophy

This isn't just about finding the “best” tiramisu. It's about understanding what makes each one special. It's about the stories behind the recipe, the hands that make it, the place where it's served. Every tiramisu has something to teach us about craft, tradition, and the quiet art of doing something well.
